Training is a key driver to the success of any business system implementation. In order to ensure that the investment of both time and resource is fully appreciated, users need to be trained to utilise the technology in a more efficient manner which will also assist them to understand the reasons behind the change in business system.
Training is addressed in two ways; it is either offered as part of a Business Systems implementation project, or as a stand alone service. A tailored training package or specific course material can be delivered via the classroom, online or onsite. Alternatively, training can be delivered to a designated person who will in turn train relevant people within the organisation on a recurring basis.
Our process involves a consultant evaluating the existing business systems to fully understand the requirements. Recommendations will be made and once a course of action has been agreed, a tailored program is produced. Adopting this process has proved successful with our clients who have utilised this service to benefit their induction, change management, and continuous improvement processes.
